1. About UK07Maps and these terms

UK07Maps operates a business growth and local discovery platform. The website may provide business and place information, listings, guides, visibility tools, audits, enquiry paths and information about professional services.

“You” means a visitor, business owner, authorised representative, client or any person using the website. If you use UK07Maps for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

2. Access, eligibility and acceptable use

You must use UK07Maps lawfully and in a way that does not harm the platform, another person or any connected service. You must not:

• submit false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, infringing or unauthorised content;
• impersonate another person or claim authority over a business you do not represent;
• attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code or overload the website;
• scrape, copy or reuse substantial website content or data except where permitted by law or written permission;
• use automated systems in a way that circumvents controls or materially disrupts normal operation; or
• use the website to send spam, commit fraud or violate third-party rights.

We may use reasonable technical measures to protect the service and may restrict access where misuse, security risk or a legal requirement is identified.

3. Business listings and user submissions

If you submit a business, correction, photograph, description, review response or other material, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, you are authorised to provide it, and its use will not violate privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.

You retain ownership of material you lawfully own. You grant UK07Maps a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute that material only as reasonably needed to review, publish, promote and operate the listing or requested service. This licence ends when the material is removed, except for reasonable backups, legal records and prior authorised uses.

Submission does not guarantee publication, ranking, verification, continued availability or any particular result. We may verify, format, categorise, decline, suspend, correct or remove content to maintain accuracy, safety, quality, policy compliance or legal obligations. Material changes to a claimed business listing should be requested by an authorised representative.

3.1 Public information and verification

Listing details may be visible publicly and indexed by search engines. Users should verify time-sensitive information such as availability, price, opening hours, amenities and booking conditions directly with the business before acting.

3.2 UK07Maps is not automatically a party to a transaction

Unless UK07Maps expressly agrees otherwise in writing, UK07Maps is not the seller, hotel, restaurant, transport provider, booking agent or contracting party for transactions between users and listed businesses. Each business is responsible for its offerings, licences, prices, service quality, refunds and legal compliance.

4. Enquiries, audits, demos and professional services

A free audit, consultation, demo, estimate, recommendation or website statement is informational and non-binding unless included in an accepted written agreement. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, bookings, revenue, platform approval or uninterrupted third-party access.

For paid or managed services, the applicable proposal, order, invoice or service agreement controls the confirmed scope, deliverables, assumptions, client responsibilities, fees, taxes, payment schedule, revisions, dependencies, timelines, renewals, cancellation, support and ownership. If a service agreement conflicts with these website terms, the service agreement controls for that engagement.

4.1 Client responsibilities

Clients must provide timely, accurate and authorised materials, access and approvals, maintain required third-party accounts and licences, review deliverables, and pay agreed charges. Delays or restrictions caused by missing access, late approvals, policy reviews or third-party systems may affect timelines and outcomes.

4.2 Third-party platforms

Google, WhatsApp, Meta, OTA providers, maps, hosting, payment and other third-party services operate under their own terms, policies, algorithms, availability and account decisions. UK07Maps cannot control or guarantee their approvals, rankings, outages, policy changes, data retention or account actions.

5. Intellectual property

The UK07Maps name, logo, platform design, original copy, graphics, code, databases and other materials are owned by or licensed to UK07Maps and protected by applicable law. No ownership transfers merely because you access the website.

You may view and use the website for legitimate personal or internal business purposes. Reproduction, resale, republication, systematic extraction, modification or creation of confusingly similar branding requires prior written permission unless allowed by law. Third-party names, logos, photographs and content remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Privacy, communications and electronic records

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. By contacting us electronically, you agree that service-related notices and records may be provided by email, WhatsApp, telephone or through the website using the details you supply. You are responsible for keeping those details current.

7. Website availability and changes

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but may correct information, change features, perform maintenance, restrict access or discontinue content without guaranteeing continuous availability. We may update these terms by publishing the revised version and effective date. Continued use after the new effective date means the revised terms apply.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the public website and general listing information are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every listing, external link, price, schedule, review, map location or third-party result is complete, current, error-free or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing on the website is legal, financial, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for checking critical information and deciding whether a business, destination, service or recommendation is appropriate for you. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UK07Maps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunity or anticipated savings arising from use of the public website, reliance on listing information, or acts of third parties.

For a paid service, any liability will be assessed under the applicable written agreement. Where that agreement does not state a limit, UK07Maps’ aggregate liability relating to that service will not exceed the fees actually paid to UK07Maps for the affected service during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where such a limit is prohibited by law.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from material you submit, your unlawful misuse of the website, your lack of authority to act for a business, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by UK07Maps’ own unlawful conduct.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access, decline a submission or remove content where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment under an agreement, misuse, infringement, inaccurate claims, legal compliance or protection of users and the platform. Provisions concerning ownership, accrued payment obligations, disclaimers, liability and dispute resolution survive where their nature requires it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute by written communication. Subject to any mandatory consumer right or other law that requires a different forum, courts with jurisdiction in Dehradun, Uttarakhand will have jurisdiction.

13. General terms

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without written permission; UK07Maps may transfer these terms as part of a genuine restructuring or business transfer, subject to applicable law. These terms and any applicable written service agreement form the agreement for their respective subject matter.
